Filkar Automotive views supporting the development of young talent and helping them make a strong start in their professional careers as a significant responsibility. Through programs we run in collaboration with university department coordinators and vocational training institutions, we aim to help students combine their theoretical knowledge with practical experience.

University Internship Programs

Through our internship programs for university students, we help young people develop their professional knowledge and skills. Our interns have the opportunity to experience real-world business processes by working alongside experienced teams in their fields. We offer full-time job opportunities to our successful interns after they graduate. 

Vocational Training and Apprenticeship Programs

Through our apprenticeship and vocational training programs, conducted under the Vocational Training Act, we support young people in preparing for the workforce at an early age. By prioritizing both their professional and personal development, we provide a healthy and safe learning environment. We offer education and work opportunities in compliance with legal regulations, prioritize occupational health and safety, provide hands-on learning and support for professional development, and adopt an approach aimed at cultivating a qualified workforce for the future.
