Our Machining and Non-Machining Production Line: The Meeting Point of Precision and Efficiency
In our modern production facility, we operate an integrated production line that combines machining and non-machining production methods. Equipped with advanced control systems and automation solutions, this line is designed to meet high precision, efficiency, and quality standards. Here are the highlights of our line that combines machining and non-machining production processes:
1. Machining Processes:
The machining section of our line has advanced machinery and control systems for machining complex geometries and precise tolerances of various metal parts:
• Horizontal and Vertical Machining Centers with Advanced Control Systems:
Our high-speed, multi-axis machining centers allow complex parts to be machined in a single setup. Horizontal and vertical configurations provide flexibility for different part sizes and shapes. Advanced CNC control systems ensure precise motion control, tool path optimization, and surface quality. • Driven and Driverless Lathes:
Our driven and driverless lathes are used for machining parts with rotational symmetry. Driven lathes are integrated with robotic loading/unloading systems to increase production continuity and efficiency, while driverless lathes meet more flexible production requirements. • Grinding Machines:
Our grinding machines are used in the finishing of parts requiring high surface quality and dimensional accuracy. Different types of machines, such as cylindrical, surface, and eccentric grinding, ensure that the desired specifications are achieved. • Honing Machines:
Our honing machines are used for the precise machining of cylinder liner inner diameters and the achievement of the desired surface texture. Honing is of great importance, especially in the production of critical parts such as compressor blocks, compressor cylinder liners, and hydraulic brake cylinders. By performing these processes in-house, we minimize variations and ensure process stability.
• Tool Storage and Management System:
A centralized tool storage and management system is used to ensure the uninterrupted continuation of machining processes. This system tracks the inventory of cutting tools, monitors tool life, and enables automatic tool changes when necessary.
2. Chip-Free Production Processes:
Our chip-free production section uses various methods for shaping and joining materials:
• Pressing and Forming:
Our pressing and forming machines are used to shape metal sheets into the desired form. Presses of different capacities allow for mass production of parts with complex geometries.
• Welding and Joining:
Different welding and joining methods are used for the permanent joining of parts. Robotic welding systems ensure consistent and high-quality weld seams.
3. Process Control and Monitoring Systems:
Advanced process control and monitoring systems are implemented to guarantee quality and stability at all stages of our production line.
• Monitoring Process Stability with SPC (Statistical Process Control) Charts:
Production data is statistically analyzed using SPC charts. These analyses demonstrate the stability and control of the process. Trends and deviations are identified in advance, and proactive measures are taken.
• Production Monitoring with MES (Manufacturing Execution System):
The entire production process is monitored by a central MES system. This system monitors work order management, material flow, machine performance, and quality data in real time. The MES system increases production efficiency, ensures traceability, and supports decision-making processes. This integrated machining and non-machining production line is designed to meet high precision, efficiency, and quality standards with its advanced technology machinery, control systems, and automation solutions. With our principle of continuous improvement and technological investments, we will continue to provide our customers with the highest quality products.
