Our Pressure Aluminum Injection Production Line: Modern Technology, High Capacity and Quality
Our modern production facility houses a state-of-the-art pressure aluminum injection production line that produces high-quality aluminum casting parts for the automotive, agricultural, and defense industries, and many more. Built on the principles of efficiency, precision, and sustainability, our line offers an integrated process from melting to final part casting. Here are some of our facility's highlights:

  1. Flexible and Efficient Melting Capacity:
In the melting stage, which is the foundation of the aluminum casting process, we use modern furnace technologies that prioritize energy efficiency and environmentally friendly production. Our facility has both natural gas and electric melting furnaces:
These two different furnace types allow us to optimize the melting process by providing flexibility according to production demands and alloy properties.
  2.  High-Precision and Various Capacity Injection Molding Machines:
In the injection stage, where molten aluminum is injected into molds under high pressure, we use machines with modern and precise control systems. Our facility has pressure injection molding machines with capacities of 200, 300, and 400 tons:

3. Integrated Production Process and Quality Control:
Beyond the melting and injection stages, our production line offers an integrated process:
Mold Life Monitoring and Proactive Maintenance:

Our expert team monitors mold life with advanced MES software and carries out maintenance and repair processes for high-precision molds using CNC machining centers.

 • Automated Loading and Unloading:

Our injection molding machines are integrated with robotic arms and automated loading/unloading systems to increase production continuity and efficiency.

• Finishing Processes:

Post-casting parts undergo various finishing processes such as deburring, grinding, sandblasting, heat treatment, and surface coating to become the final product.

• Quality Control:

Strict quality control procedures are applied at every stage of our production line. The conformity of parts to the desired specifications is verified through methods such as dimensional measurements, spectrometric analyses, X-ray inspection, and leak tests.
