Gifts and Hospitality
Gifts of no significant value are not accepted. Cash gifts are neither given nor accepted. Gifts accepted on special occasions are within the limits set by the company.

Employee safety is our top priority. At the workplace and while on duty, we act in accordance with relevant regulations and company instructions, using appropriate equipment and adhering to established rules.

Environment

Ethics Management and Monitoring
The Ethics Committee is responsible for investigating and resolving complaints and reports regarding violations of Filkar Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.’s ethical principles.

Filkar Otomotiv employees, business partners, suppliers, and customers may report any situations they believe violate ethical standards to the Ethics Committee via the Ethics Violation Reporting Channel.
