Thanks to the measurements and analyses carried out in our laboratory, the dimensional accuracy, surface quality, mechanical and chemical properties, and material structure of our products are checked in detail. With our expert quality team and high-precision measurement equipment, production processes are continuously monitored, and the compliance of our products with national and international quality standards is ensured.

Our Competence and Infrastructure in Quality Management

Dimensional, physical, chemical property control and surface measurements
Measurement of parts with complex geometries, tolerance checks, and geometric measurement verifications are performed. Profile and geometric form measurements for safety parts and standard parts in our production line are carried out with technological and modern measurement equipment.
Spectroanalyzers are used to guarantee the chemical composition of controlled melting of metals. The ratios of elements in the material are determined quickly and accurately, verifying the compliance of the raw material used with standards and achieving standards by performing crucible inoculations. Thus, material specifications are guaranteed in production. The system has the infrastructure to measure the strength, hardness, surface roughness, and similar specification values ​​of the product components.
